Mehreen Kaur Pirzada was born on 5 November 1995 in Bathinda, Punjab, in a Sikh family to an agriculturist and realtor father Gurlal Pirzada and a housewife mother Paramjit Kaur Pirzada. Her only sibling is a brother named Gurfateh Pirzada who is also a model and actor.

Mehreen Kaur’s leadership skills were evident even in her school days. At Mayo College Girl’s School, she was not only the vice-captain of her house but also a member of the school’s student council.

Mehreen Pirzada made her debut with the Telugu movie Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha in which she played the character ofMahalakshmi. The movie was successful in Telugu states and at the US box office. In March 2017, she debuted in Hindi cinema withthe movie Phillauri alongside Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Suraj Sharma. She appeared in 2019 in the film F2: Fun andFrustration. She also had a role in Ardab Mutiyaran as Shruti opposite Ninja and Sonam Bajwa.

In March 2021, Pirzada got engaged to Bhavya Bishnoi, son of Adampur, Hisar MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi, and grandson of former Haryanastate Chief Minister Bhajan Lal.Their wedding was planned for late 2021, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India.The pair called off their engagement in early July 2021.

Nivetha won the title of Miss India UAE among other 15 contestants where she only was Indian. The pageant washeld at Al Raha Beach Hotel in Abu Dhabi on 11 April 2015.
In 2015, She moved to shifted to India to made her career in acting. Mehreen pirzada did her first acting through the tamil languageromantic movie Oru Naal Koothu in 2016. Nivetha played a role of fun-loving girl ‘Kavya’ in the movie. ‘She also received Best DebutAward form the Behind Woods, One of the songs named ‘Adiyae Azhaga’ became very famous on the internet.
Following the year of 2017, Nivetha did acting in two movies named Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam and Mental Madhilo. In the comedy movie Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam, She played the role of Leelavathi which is in the Tamil Language. Moreover, Mental Madhilo was her first acting debut in the Telugu language. The movie became super hit and she received huge recognition in TeluguMovie Industry.
